Magic Circles
The Wizard had left a set of magic circles scattered about the Kingdom (of Coldrenick).
Knights and Ladies were instructed to visit as many of the circles as possible in 75 minutes. Being Norwegian, the Wizard had only printed some of the controls on the maps – other were located from miniature maps fixed to controls.
Warnings to knights and ladies included the following……
Some of the fences
within the kingdom are enchanted with a powerful spell and will give you a
magic shock if you touch them.
Evil creatures roam up
and down the Railway Line – do not go onto it. Only cross by going underneath
it.
There is a second
wizard who is disguised as a bull. Actually he won’t cause you any problems as
he is more interested in the Ladies of the Court who are with him. Just stay
away from him and remember he is a coward.
The Wizard is not
responsible for the weather.
Despite dire weather predictions, the Wizard produced some additional magic and the sun shone. We later enjoyed a barbecue behind the Wizard’s house.
